Are restaurants Australia's most sexist industry?

I think they should get the sexist title. Or at least the Fairfax restaurant reviewers should get a blast for anti-female bias.
Of the 183 restaurants awarded hats in the NSW and Victorian Good Food Guides only nine had women chefs. And five of those shared the hat with a man.
In Victoria Emma D'Alessandro shared the head chef title at Donovans as did Sonia Anthony at Bendigo's Mason's and Rachel Reed at Bright's Tani Eat and Drink. Jodie Jones was solo at Wodonga's Broadgauge.
In NSW, as I noted in a post last week, Where are the starred female chefs? The restaurant industry's lead ceiling, I found only four on the Good Food Guide hats list with female chefs! The rest were men.
There is something seriously wrong in this industry or its critics.

Where are the starred female chefs? The restaurant industry's lead ceiling

As I plugged away including all the hatted restaurant from the Sydney Morning Herald's Good Food Guide in this website there was one thing that I quickly noticed. Almost all the hats were being given to men .
Of the 102 restaurants on the NSW list I found only four with female chefs! The rest were men.
There was Kylie Kwong at Billy Kwong, Kate Konomas sharing the stove at Seans Panorama,  Simonn Hawke at Lolli Redini and Katrina Kenetani sharing the honours at Bangalow's Locavore.
Something seems quite wrong to me.
