7 October 2009 Ottoman Cuisine by Bryan Martin ... the menu is full of Ottoman's signature dishes, and all have good seasonal produce at heart. The flavoursa of Old Istanbul ring through each dish, the room is pleasant to ride in, service is the usual consistent blend of formal yet welcoming. 16/20. Review n/a online
