The Age Good Food Guide 2010 - In a city enamoured of casual dining, Vue de monde delivers an unashamedly elite, turbo-charged, dramatic top-end experience, with a similarly powerful price tag for its degustation dinner. That said, for those who can afford it, it's worth every penny. 18/20
The Australian - John Lethlean - 12 September 2009 - ... there's n ot a restaurant like it in Australia getting away with such unashamed pursuit of excellence, whatever the cost. ... Everyone knows it's going to cost, but most seem to think it's worth it. I certainly do. If the emperor had no clothes, I think he'd have been outed by now. Instead, Vue is defiantly maintaining the rage. A very pleasant surprise. 4 Aussie maps
