And just what's in that Campbell's classic chicken noodle soup?

Wondering about what actually goes into a can of Campbell's soup or curious about “polysorbate 60” or “tertiary butylhydroquinone”? Then Ingredients, a new book published by Simon and Schuster is for you. Author Dwight Eschliman, with the help of photographer Steve Ettlinger, has produced a visually and scientifically vased explanation of what all those mysterious-sounding chemicals and additives on food labels actually do.
So, what about that soup?
