Sophisticated ingredients / produce cooked and prepared with love and devotion. Their Yellow Fin tuna with wasabi and ginger sauce is amazing, pickles dish is pretty good and the eye fillet steak - all incredible. Eaten their 5 or more times recently and thoroughly enjoyed every experience. The staff are very attentive even though they're constantly busy. They even make their own bread in-house (provided with every meal). Oh and awesome wine list ! I couldn't fit dessert in, but looks like they do a pretty special cheese selection, plus the poached fruit & meringue sounded like a beautiful dessert. In summary; a nutritious, healthy menu where every mouthful is delicious.
